Refunds, Exchanges and more

I do not accept any returns, exchanges and cancellations.
But please contact me if there is a problem with your order.

Refunds 
Refunds will only be given on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me directly if there is a problem with your order.

Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Preorders

Preorder pins take up to 4 months to be produced.
By purchasing these pins, you are aware of the extended period of time needed to fulfil the order.


If you purchase a preorder item with an in-stock item, your order will be fulfilled only when the preordered item is ready.
Please place another order for in-stock items if you are unable to wait for the preordered items.


If you decide to place another order and would like me to ship both orders together, please leave a note for first order at checkout.
You can save on shipping costs this way and I will refund any shipping overages!


 

Shipping

Singpost Untracked Shipping
By selecting this option, you are aware that your package does not have a tracking number or a receipt as this is posted directly into a mailbox. In the event of a lost package, there will be no replacements or refunds.

Singpost Tracked Shipping
By selecting this option, you are aware that your package will have a tracking number and a receipt. 

Singpost Limited Tracked shipping
This is the same as Tracked Shipping. However, this option is only shown to customers from the USA, Canada and Australia. Tracking information in these countries is limited and may not be updated once it reaches your country. However, should the package be undelivered, insurance of up to $68.80SGD can be claimed from Singpost. By selecting this option, you are aware of the conditions of this shipping method. If you would like full shipping, please select the EMS or QExpress option.
Fully Tracked Shipping (QExpress)
This option is only shown to customers from Singapore.

Speedpost EMS Shipping (Standard/Priority)
This is an EMS service that provides full tracking. Rates start from 2kg onwards.
If your package weighs more than 5kg, please contact me for shipping rates.

Standard EMS shipping takes 8 - 23 working days.
Priority EMS shipping takes 5 - 10 working days.

Lost Package
Shipping can sometimes take up to 8 weeks for the package to be delivered and 10 weeks for holiday period from the date of dispatch. Once these periods are over, the package will be considered lost.
  • Packages with Tracked shipping or Speedpost EMS shipping can either be replaced or refunded. Please contact me to discuss compensation.
  • Packages with Limited Tracked shipping can either be replaced or refunded up to a certain amount. Please contact me to discuss compensation.
  • Packages with Untracked Shipping will not be replaced or refunded. You are highly advised to consider the tracked shipping option.

Processing time
The time needed prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Orders will usually dispatch within 5-10 Business days (or 1 to 2 weeks).
Shipping Schedule
International Orders: Ships every 2nd and 4th week of the month
Local Orders: Ships within 10 business days

Singpost Estimated delivery times
North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks
Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks
We will do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
